Overall the wax was good and the beautician who did it was friendly and skilled. However, the people who greet customers at the front door are very rude, cold and dismissive.

Got a red SNS manicure, left with Red all over my fingers and had to remove quite a lot of excess powder buildup from under my nails. I was really happy with the colour but they haven’t even lasted a week with many chipped already. Not impressed considering the price
