Lovely quiet location with really friendly and experienced staff. The beautician I had made me feel completely relaxed and gave me a fantastic massage completely tailored to my own needs. A little bit more expensive than I would normally pay for a massage, however nonetheless, I have booked another appointment for next month.

Sam, the massage therapist is lovely and very professional. Her massage technique is exactly what was asked for and I always feel completely relaxed after my treatment. I'm hoping after my next treatment I will be able to go straight home and relax! Highly recommend.

I always leave Balanced Lifestyle feeling much healthier and more serene - whether the treatment has been about something specific such as back pain or just for general wellbeing. From my own experience as well as that of others I know, all of the staff are welcoming, efficient and very knowledgable. Probably most of all for me in the beginning, I was always made to feel at ease. I recommend highly!
