Sam, the massage therapist is lovely and very professional. Her massage technique is exactly what was asked for and I always feel completely relaxed after my treatment. I'm hoping after my next treatment I will be able to go straight home and relax! Highly recommend.

I always leave Balanced Lifestyle feeling much healthier and more serene - whether the treatment has been about something specific such as back pain or just for general wellbeing.
From my own experience as well as that of others I know, all of the staff are welcoming, efficient and very knowledgable. Probably most of all for me in the beginning, I was always made to feel at ease.
I recommend highly!

Having never had a massage before had a great experience was made to fell at easy and was talked through the treatment i was getting and felt very comfortable thank you to all the staff at balanced lifestyle would highly recommend them
