I love my monthly visits to Balanced Lifestyle. Knowing that my aches and pains are being looked after by such a knowledgeable and capable young woman makes me feel so secure. And I do love the following week when when my body is so relaxed. Then it's looking forward to the next session!

I have had several massage treatments now and feel the benefit as I have had pain in the lower back which is now subsiding. Shona knows exactly what I need and I enjoy the experience every time.

Lovely quiet location with really friendly and experienced staff. The beautician I had made me feel completely relaxed and gave me a fantastic massage completely tailored to my own needs. A little bit more expensive than I would normally pay for a massage, however nonetheless, I have booked another appointment for next month.
