Attentive deep tissue treatment on the areas of concern (shoulders) with applied knowledge of the complexity of the injury and restricted mechanics. Impressed with Garth’s approach. Have had a couple of treatments and definitely seeing improvement in the healing process (which had been stagnant despite other physio visits)

Garth really took time to understand my particular issues and tailored the treatment accordingly. The deep tissue massage made an immediate difference especially because it addressed multiple sources of the issue. A very comprehensive approach.
