Alex is a very knowledgeable Ayurvedic practitioner with a helpful medical background, so he really understands the body from more than one perpective. The massage is amazing and thorough and the 75 minutes is just the right ammount of time as an hour would be just too little. Alex is polite and respectful and the questionaire at the beginning really helps to get in touch with what matters to you and your health. I went to Alex with severe skin inflammation and lymphatic and liver issues. With the massage and the beautiful oils things started to improve. I have continued the routine he recommended me at home and things are getting better and better each day. Thank you so much Alex. I recommend this treatment highly!

I would highly recommend Dr. Alex to everyone! I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience, and I will continue to go back for treatment. I had a deep tissue massage and it was fantastic. I left feeling like a completely new person! I also went to Dr. Alex to treat a back injury, and I have made exceptional progress. He is exceptionally qualified, kind, caring and very professional. The rates are also very reasonable. Two thumbs up!!

Dr Alex was a pleasure. This was my first Ayurvedic massage, and it was a unique experience. It is definitely not a typical (boring) "relaxing" massage. It is fast pace and includes stretching. It feels like a bit of a light workout. Feels great for days after! Great value! Will be back!

First time for Ayurvedic style deep tissue. Very fast, strong and oily. Extremely invigorating with limb stretching. Enjoyed the style of massage very much. I think people who are very into yoga and who like a strong massage will enjoy it. Felt very energised after with knotted neck and shoulder muscles much improved. Male therapist also a first for me (have had lots of make osteopathy before) - he was very polite.

I have had many massages and treatments over the past twenty years and can hands-down say that Dr. Alex is the best. Not only is he simply amazing at massage, unwinding the body and completely relaxing tense muscles he is an incredibly gifted, knowledgeable and kind Ayurveda doctor. Make no mistake, this wonderful doctor knows his stuff. I feel so confident that my health and body are in the right hands in his care and so happy and grateful to have found him. Thank you Dr. Alex!
