This was honestly the best massage I've ever had - and being trained in sports massage myself I've had a few. However, this wasn't just a massage - this was a treatment and had great healing properties that left me feeling on top of the world. Alex really knows his practice and his hands know where there is tension in the body. In addition to being kind and gentle he is extremely knowledgeable and really helped me with a health concern. As soon as I got home I dug out my book on Ayurvedic Healing and started reading it again. Thank you very much - I will definitely be back again (soon!).

I very much enjoyed my treatment with Dr Alex! I felt extremely comfortable throughout and was totally relaxed. The massage was thorough and well tailored to my individual needs - I have been experiencing severe upper back pain and I felt looser in my upper back after the treatment. I felt that I was treated with care and that Dr Alex puts a lot of time and effort into making his clients feel at ease. I will definitely be recommending his services!

Alex ayurvedic massages are fantastic. After the session your body is left relaxed and your mind calm like nothing else will. I have had a couple of Ayurvedic massages with Dr Alex now and have really found that he has helped with my sciatica and also other aches and pains I have been feeling including trapped nerves and disc bulges on my back. His massage technique is very thorough and before the treatment he listens to any symptoms you may be experiencing and tries to work on those areas in the treatment. I have had the Pinda Sweda massage with the hot bags which is an unusual but very relaxing technique and believe that the herbs etc that are in these have helped to heal. I would recommend this treatment with Dr Alex.
