The ambience and staff were nice, but the the wax wasn't as thorough as I wanted (I mistakenly thought I was going for a Brazilian and it was a 'bikini' wax- which is my fault). However, the quality wasn't great after closer inspection and I ended up going elsewhere straight afterwards to rectify. Sorry!

Lovely staff and a very relaxing massage. The facilities were excellent and very clean. The sauna and steam room were great but when you've had enough of those It would have been nice if there could have been a separate relaxation area that wasn't the reception.

The massage was value for money - pressure on the light side but was promptly adjusted when requested. There weren't enough facilities - would have expected a pool, and more shower facilities
