All the treatments were done thoroughly and skillfully, in a very calming environment (warm, dark, scented room). I haven't felt so relaxed in a long time and even fell deeply asleep during my facial which never happens. I hadn't expected the scrub to be so thoroughly applied with proper massage movements, so that was a nice surprise. As others have said, the tiny changing/bathroom does detract from the experience and makes it hard to relax in between treatments.
It was very good and efficient but i didnt took the mascara, i think it is better, it looks better also, to just tint it. I will recommend it and do it again for myself
Very good moment everything is clean and therapist was very nice and professional. Nice drinks, nice magazines and sofa I would recommend it to my friend. Just good to know they dont do french manicure
was a lovely experience. This was my second time at this spa and I have to say that the staff were a lot more pleasant this time round. The treatments were wonderful!
Disappointing is the word to sum up my "glow"facial yesterday.I am so disappointed to have paid £75 fo something I could have get for £30 or even less as I could have done it myself.First the facilities:after having been waiting for 10 minutes,I put on dirty slipers as i could not find new ones in the ladies changing rooms. The therapist was barely caring and a bit rude. The treatment itself (with REN products which felt a bit old,I know this band very well so I can tell)was really not worth it.She just applied with no professionnal gesture a cleanser,a toner,a scrub9with too strong gestures for my sensitive skin - very brutal)and a mask(she left me alone 20 minutes with it on the face)and then rinsed everything and vaguely applied a moistruizer. It was not nice at all and I did not enjoy my treatment.
