Excellent experience from start to finish. Greeted at the door by a very elegant and helpful doorman who directed us to the spa entrance which was a littel hidden oasis. The reception area of the hotel was well staffed by very friendly smily staff. Upon entering the spa area the spa staff were great, showed us all facilities on offer ensured we had refreshments and showed us to the changing area. The hot tubs were just ideal for us as a couple I suppose at the weekend it may get busy but we went mid week and had the spa to ourselves for most of the experience. The treatments were just so relaxing and the joint treatment room aded to the romanticsm of the whole experience.
We even had the added benefit of just relaxing after our treatments enjoying a cold drink, only thing that would improve this spa would be the additin of hot refereshments
Definately highly reccommend and hopefully be visiting again soon

The hot stone massage that I received was the best I have ever had with a beauty therapist called Eve. The champagne and chocolate coated strawberries were a very nice touch to luxurious spa treatment. Facilities were a little small but the hot tubs were relaxing. Steam room and sauna were amazing. Best bit about the deal was lunch after our spa treatments. The food was delicious. Everyone cleared their plates!!! Bought this deal again to go with friends. It's really a gem in Mayfair.

therapist was very friendly and explained the process step by step. My eyebrows are a little dark but apparentnly this is necessary as they fade quite quickly. A number of people also commented on my eyebrows and how neat they are.

This is the first review i have ever written of anything but i felt i had to say something. I bought a voucher for a gel manicure and pedicure which was supposed to last an hour. It lasted half an hour. It consisted of a polish, no manicure or pedicure elements, just a quick file and the straight on to the polish, no cuticle maintenance no anything, just polish. I sat in what was the waiting room and had two girls at the same time. was sat in a hard chair and had to twist my body round so they could work on me at the same time; one legged raise, very uncomfortable. they rushed through so quickly and there was no care taken. The polish on the nails was passable but bubbled in areas and was rushed and sloppy and the filing was all wonky, she barely seemed to look. She only took about 20 minutes max. The toes where so bad i cant even describe, paint on the skin and cuticles and only part of the nail covered. i haven't seen my toes this bad since I would do it for myself when i was 10. I was really looking forward to a relaxing hour but instead i was uncomfortable and came away with the worst manicure/pedicure i have ever had. i had to go to a different place today and have the whole thing removed and re done and they were shocked at the state of it. I only wish i was brave enough to have gone back in and demanded them to re-do it, but i didn't realize quite how bad it was until i was back home and i live on the opposite side of town, and the idea of spending any more time in there was not exactly appealing. Not professional, not skilled, not comfortable. would not recommend at all.

Great treat for my daughter after her hard work for her GCSE's. Loved the hot tubs but sadly did not have time for the sauna and steam room. Recommend to arrive 45 mins before rather than the suggested 15mins to take full advantage. Lovely staff and therapists, great treatments. We both came out feeling relaxed and 'new'. Lovely clean and well designed facilities. Supplied dressing gowns and ample thick towels. Drinks served too.
