The whole experience was lovely from our arrival to our departure. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. We struggled with the lockers but at once we were given help so cheerfully it made us feel better and not idiots for failing to understand the system. The sauna was great and our therapists for the massages and facial were exceptional. They took care to check if we had any problems and explained what was going to happen and checked throughout the procedures to ensure we were comfortable

The massage was not great, and I've had a lot of massages over the years. It wasn't a deep tissue massage, and when I asked for more pressure, I was told that wasn't possible as it was supposed to be a relaxing massage. my feeling is that as a client I should be able to request the level of pressure that works for me? It was also shorter than the allocated 30 minutes.

Generally a nice facility but very small and crowded. We booked a spa day with an hour’s use of facilities followed by a treatment. The treatment room was dirty—you could feel grit underfoot. The massage was poor, and when I asked for more pressure, I was told it’d cost £25 extra. Not the standard expected of a 5* hotel spa. It ruined the experience—definitely not worth the price. Showers were blocked with hair and overflowing.

Arrived at the location and was warmly welcomed by the lovely people there. The atmosphere and experience were amazing. This is a place where you can truly relax and recharge. I'm glad that my girlfriend and I came here and will be visiting again very soon

The treatments were nice although I am not sure how experienced the therapist was as most of the massage was rubbing her arm up and down my back. Pretty disappointing! The Facial was better.
The spa facility itself is very small and we were lucky to have it to ourselves - I wouldn't want to be sharing the space. Also there is only one ladies toilet which means if you end up in a queue as I did you are late for your treatment and don't get the time back! I wouldn't go back to be honest.
