Gifted a Virgin Experience spa package for 2. Redeeming the voucher was seamless. Excellent customer service. On arrival to the spa we were greeted and shown to the spa. All staff were exceptionally professional and friendly. Robe, slippers and Prosecco provided. The spa is small but it is immaculate and has everything you need. I had a body scrub and facial by Sabrina. Absolutely amazing!!! 🤩 So amazing I caught myself snoring! I will be coming again and asking for her.
