People walk in with outside shoes in the changing room: it is really unhygienic.
There is no notice about how to be- people do not shower before going into the jacuzzi!
And when they come out of the sauna all sweaty, they enter the jacuzzi, yurk.
I mentioned this to the manager who is in charge of all the cleaning, in between clients, she said the chlorine in the jacuzzi will clean things. Totally unprofessional. Please put a notice in the changing room for people to follow. I will never return.

I had the body scrub and facial - absolutely brilliant. I came out feeling elevated and rejuvenated. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
My only complaint would be that the changing rooms are a bit small.
