Very small spa. Luckily we were in there alone most of the time and it was great. Had there been other people it would have already felt crowded.

Was a nice experience however the spa was so crowded and the changing room was tiny for the amount of people that wanted to shower and get ready.

Staff were lovely and treatments were good but the changing rooms could have been a bit cleaner. The bubbles were not working in one of the jacuzzi tubs.

We arrived 20 minuted before our treatment as requested. We waited half an hour to use the changing rooms as they were busy. We did not get to use a locker and were told to leave our belongings in a basket. We we're not told about treatments available until we were getting and changed and were told and lost out on treatment time as changing rooms were busy so had to enter after. We had to ask for towels robes and slippers as they were only given on request.
I also booked the lunch and requested vegetarian food and we we're not given much of a variety of food. I had booked this as a present for my mum and overall was not impressed with the service.

The massage was absolutely wonderful! The staff were amazing and very welcoming. The prosecco and dinner were incredible as well. The spa facilities were rather small but still lovely.
