The back massage and treatment was nice. How ever we waited close to 2 hrs to eat our food. And when the food came it wasn't as expected and we couldn't eat it. Food looked disgusting

The whole package was amazing, from the three course meal in the restaurant to the jacuzzi spa to the much needed massages. The staff were amazing and handled our needs exceptionally well, and would definitely recommend it and will also be visiting again.

The spa experience was amazing! I would definitely recommend it to everyone.
The staff are very well trained, very polite and very caring.
The food was well presented and tasted very nice.
However, the food service was quite poor. There were multiple times where I would have to get up from my seat to ask for the next dish and remove the finished plates due to poor service.

We were not told to bring slippers before we arrived and when we asked if there were any, a member of staff said we had to pay for them. The beauty therapists were coughing throughout our treatments and one of them kept leaving the room. The spa itself was very cramped and one member of staff was rude and dismissive but there were two very friendly and polite beauticians, one of whom lent my friend and I the slippers for free.
