I gave 4 stars for facial but it's not true as I did not have a facial so cannot comment, however I can't go to the next so rated it randomly. Overall, it was a nice setting & pleasant experience.

Staff could have been more hospitable. No access to water in the spar - no available clean glasses to drink water - only used ones. Staff may need to check area after each guest leave the spa. Apart from that the massage was great!
