This was a birthday present to relax and unwind. Wonderful welcome by reception. Spa was small and quite busy, the jacuzzi was occupied by a party of 4 so didn't get a chance to get in. Unfortunately, there was guest who was very inconsiderate, he was talking so loudly, even in the steam room I could hear him. Other guests also commented on this. Sadly, on this day the spa was not enjoyable at all! However, the massage was fantastic and I was finally able to relax for an hour.

Thank you for a lovely day. My mum felt truthly spoilt the whole time we were with you! My only small comment would be the sound of washing up on the sink whilst having our massage, as it took us out of the relaxing moment. But maybe it's essential not sure. The facial was divine, made my skin feel like butter, the massage was very relaxing and thorough and the body wrap was an unexpected surprise, which can only be described as feeling like a massive heater cuddle. Loved it all!

The afternoon tea for a four star hotel was not up to standard. Only received two scones jam and small pot of cream.
The massage was for only 45 mins the rest of the time was wasted.
