Overall, the experience was less than expected given the cost. The massage was okay, but the spa area was very small and became crowded with just 5 people sharing it. I’d recommend somewhere else if you are spending 400+ pounds.

The whole experience was well managed and we will definitely return.

The staff were great. The atmosphere lovely. The facilities extremely clean.
However, I found the treatment room a little cool and noisy. This interfered with how relaxing the treatments could have been. The steam room wasn’t working properly so was cold and unusable. These two issues did detract from my overall experience, but they are both fixable ones.
Saying this, I would go back as still gave it 4 stars.
