I booked the restore day for 2 for my mother’s birthday and it was one of the most wonderful experiences from start to finish. We had the spa for ourselves, greeted warmly and professionally by the receptionist. We had a glass of Prosecco which was delicious and finally two treatments which I am still feeling the benefits from. Could not recommend this Spa highly enough, definitely will be retuning.

I had a really enjoyable time my treatment were a delight, the therapist was so helpful in helping me choose the right treatment. I had the neck & back massage and didn’t realise I really needed it until the therapist starting working on me. This was followed by the detox wrap, which was amazing.

Ok experience, pool had chemical overload , unusable and was shut . Couldn’t sit in the area as it as unacceptable in heat and chlorine

A really lovely London hotel, great location, with the friendliest staff who couldn't do enough to help and make you feel welcome. Even took us up to the View for a pic, their secret spot :) Thank you for an amazing experience
