I had booked a spa day for my sisters 33rd birthday as she had been mentioning it for a while, my sister and her husband were very excited to attend the spa as a couple but when they got there they were treated horribly by a staff member, she ended up crying after she left Urging me to get a refund. If you’re thinking of booking a spa day please do not do it unless you want to leave more stressed and upset than when you came.

My girlfiends and I throughly enjoyed our visit to the spa. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The prosecco and chocolates were appreciated whilst in the jaccuzzi. My body wrap was very relaxing and I slept like a princess that night.
Just sorry we did not have time to use the rest of the facility as we arrived late...Oh well, we'll just have to make a return trip👍
