Lovely spa experience and treatments excellent. Great atmosphere and ambiance . If i had to be critical, the ladies changing room is very small once 4+ people are in there but it didnt spoil our experience.

The staff at reception were unprofessional and were rolling their eyes at a guest who was checking in before us and impatient with her.
I had to come out and ask for my Prosecco they had completely forgot.

Mixed feelings about the experience- the receptionist was rude, the steam room didn't work. The staff told us to sit there for over 3 mins to activate the steam but clearly it hasn't been used for long as was all dry and cold inside and nothing happened after 5 minutes. Same happened to the next person after us who went and sat there for a while. Not a great start of what supposed to be a relaxing spa treatment.
However, the massage was great, thanks to masseurs from both of us.

Booked this spa day as an anniversary treat for myself and my partner, we had such a wonderful day, all the spa and restaurant staff were so lovely and helpful; it definitely won’t be our last time here, we will be back!!
