Me and my wife enjoyed most of our experience. The person that showed us to the changing room did not explain how to use the lockers or anything. She just showed us where to change, good thing my wife had been there before. Also the steam room wasn’t working for about half an hour, but one of the staff members gave us an extra glass of pursecco and told us that we can us the spa area for an extra 30min after our treatment which I thought was very thoughtful. Would visit again.

The spa itself was quite small and the steam room wasn't working. It was nice to receive a complimentary Prosecco upon arrival, but I feel as though the staff could have been somewhat more warming and welcoming. The massages were sub-par, as was the whole-body scrub and scalp massage. It felt as though a new trainee was massaging me and was afraid of hurting me. Following the spa, we had a cream tea for two - nothing to write home about. We had a gift voucher for the visit, not worth the expense
