The spa looks much bigger and luxurious in photos than it is in person. It’s nice and quiet, however the changing rooms were not clean.. I kept stepping in hair, there was lost property left on the side, the bin was overflowing.
As for the treatments, the list on our Virgin Experiences voucher was more comprehensive than what was actually available on the day. My husband and I had massages and body wraps - his therapist was SO noisy, which was distracting for us both. Mine was great though.

Just a note about your spa room: The floors were rather slippery by the jacuzzi and the steps down to the seating area, so much so that my daughter slipped and fell (actually bruising her ribs rather badly). Perhaps you should take care to put more non-slip surfaces around this wet area?

The overall experience was very nice! Upon entry we was greeted by the ladies at reception who were very friendly and explained exactly what would happen throughout our experience. Only thing I could say was I wish we was explained how some of the functions inside the spa area… but it’s not something that ruined our experience! The massage and facial were the highlight for us both with both therapists being super gentle, attentive to our sensitivity, professional and very good at what they do.

I booked the spa for me and my friends and we had the best time! Exceeded all expectations! The staff and service were amazing everyone was so nice and friendly. The treatments were great we got the massage and facial and our therapists were great made us feel very comfortable. The spa facilities and changing rooms were very clean. We got cream tea after and the hotel staff were so accommodating and friendly they even surprised me with a dessert for my birthday! Will definitely be back!
My massage was ok but nothing special . Def overpriced. My daughter had a pregnancy massage and felt that the therapist was inexperienced and ran out of ideas of what to do . She wanted my daughter to lie on her back too which is not a recommended position for a heavily pregnant woman.
The jacuzzi was pleasant, lots of chlorine . The spa is small and functional . Not luxurious.
