The spa experience was amazing but there was confusion when we went for our tea. The person who booked it hadn’t told them that we were coming for cream tea (as included in our package) not afternoon tea. We had never attended before so we had no clue, so we ended up paying an extra £80 at the end.

The afternoon which was included was absolutely misearable and the service was below 2 stars.
Noone was paying attention to us unless they tried to upsell the champagne.
We have received a small pot of tea and 4 scones
Very poor considering it was part of the spa package for almost £200
