Our Spa day experience was totally made by the place and the people! The staff were pleasant, helpful and oh so professional! Time slots limit the number of people using the facilities (sauna, steam room and jacuzzi) which made for a more rewarding experience. We then followed up with our treatments. The room was immaculate and the staff were again, amazing! I would recommend to anyone thinking of a relaxing afternoon in the heart of London without hesitation!

The ladies that hosted mine and my husbands visit. They were friendly, extremely helpful and the massage was absolutely lovely. Really made our anniversary lovely.
