Massage was poor I asked for firmer pressure as I wasn’t asked at any point what pressure I wanted- but nothing changed. Might as well have stroked me with a feather. Spent entire time getting increasingly annoyed that it was so amateur. My husband said his was superb though so that was nice for him (for my birthday treat 😂) facilities are tiny as expected for that location so all in all would not return or recommend

Had a Red Letter Day voucher for Atheneum and the spa was great - small but had all you need... sauna, large jacuzzi, steam room. Treatments were amazing! Had 30 min massage and then body wrap. Completely refreshed. Highly recommended!!
