I went in for highlights not asked about colour no consultation. She suggested a hair cut I only wanted a trim. Don’t get a hair cut hair unless you want half your hair chopped off. Paid extra for waist length hair as that’s what I walked in with. It’s barely shoulder length now. I understand the tips were damaged and needed cutting, but if a customer asks for less to be cut off. You don’t just do your own thing and tell them it will grow back. Really upset

Dana transformed my hair. She did exact what I need for my hair. I just had to explain what I needed in fewer words and she understood what I wanted. I loved the hair cut. The lady kept complaining about my lashes being curly, completely rushed them and they were not even on my eyelashes. They were glued on to my eye lids which I told her and nothing was done really. To really top it off she was rushing so much she put glue remover in my eye which burned so bad. It’s irritated my eye and given me dry eye, had to remove the lashes the next day. 😡😡 waste of money would have been better buying strip lashes very bad practice.
