I had a wax with Rubina who was professional, friendly and quickly put me at ease. I have had waxes elsewhere but will not go anywhere else since Rubina did such a good job and gave me great advice for future. Very happy with outcome and experience.

The facial wasn’t a deep cleansing facial, she spent less than 10 seconds extracting my skin and that was the main reason I went there. I asked the beautician to do it again and she tried to tell me I had no spots when unfortunately I have lots of blackheads, not sure how she would know when the lights were dimmed so in the end she turned the light on like I asked and re did it. She didn’t remove my makeup and as I was worried about complaining I did not find this at all relaxing.
