The facial wasn’t a deep cleansing facial, she spent less than 10 seconds extracting my skin and that was the main reason I went there. I asked the beautician to do it again and she tried to tell me I had no spots when unfortunately I have lots of blackheads, not sure how she would know when the lights were dimmed so in the end she turned the light on like I asked and re did it. She didn’t remove my makeup and as I was worried about complaining I did not find this at all relaxing.

I went in for highlights not asked about colour no consultation. She suggested a hair cut I only wanted a trim. Don’t get a hair cut hair unless you want half your hair chopped off. Paid extra for waist length hair as that’s what I walked in with. It’s barely shoulder length now. I understand the tips were damaged and needed cutting, but if a customer asks for less to be cut off. You don’t just do your own thing and tell them it will grow back. Really upset

Dana transformed my hair. She did exact what I need for my hair. I just had to explain what I needed in fewer words and she understood what I wanted. I loved the hair cut. My previous hair cut wasn’t much suitable for me so now I am very happy to have the right one for me. From the next time I’ll always book her for my hair cuts. Thank you Dana.
