The venue was clean and nice, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the treatment itself was really good. I had a hollywood wax, and the therapist was very professional and made sure I was happy with the service. I chose to pay extra for hot wax which was well worth it (in terms of pain, and results). The only complaint I could make is that the room was quite small - but for the price, this was not an issue at all.
I would recommend this to a friend, and will definitely be back!

It was an ok experience but I don't think I would go back. Although I upgraded for the Lycon wax, it hurt more than usual and lady was trying to tell me sometimes our bodies might be more sensitive depending on the time of the month! I feel like she just pulled the wax without really a technique in any direction.
They were punctual, nice and polite on the good side. Lycon option should be made available on Treatwell site.
