Staff were lovely though and wax was fine but I had a Brazilian and a few lumps of hot wax were stuck in the remaining hair.....

I would highly recommend this salon, I've had my eyebrows threaded and a hollywood wax which have both been great, I would definitely recommend the hot wax which is only an extra £3 and totally worth it. It is very clean and the staff are extremely friendly. The only salon I would go to in Balham. Bring Cash though!

The salon is very conveniently located close to Balham station and although It was a bit confused when I arrived the therapist was very friendly and efficient.
