I always return to Anya as they provide great treatments at great value, they always receive 10/10 from me. However this time I had a different therapist (who i hadn't seen there before), who made my usually pain-free hollywood wax extremely painful and sore afterwards. I also found her less friendly/approachable than my usual therapist. Having said this, it is still my favourite and I will return!
