I had to change my appointment last min and the staff were absolutely brilliant, got it sorted in a jiffy. I arrive and am almost immediately whisked off for my appointment - brilliant. Woman who did my wax was absolutely lovely, the only thing that wasn't much better than expected was the wax itself - when I got home I noticed she'd done a bit too much of a thorough job and bits of my skin had burnt off with the wax. Can't say it was the best look for my holiday which was 2 days later! All in all much better than it looks from the outside and great value for money but a little more attention should be given to staff training.

I've been looking for somewhere local for a good value facial and this was fantastic! My friends commented the next day how great my skin looked. The technician was lovely and made me feel very relaxed. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the steamer dripped on me a few times and burned my face and neck - it probably needs replacing or fixing as that was quite painful!

The girl I had was so sweet and very thorough, it seemed to hurt less than usual! Good value though slightly inconvenient to have to pay cash upgrade for lycon wax.
