Staff got confused as to what I had booked, leaving me in a cold room for about 5 minutes after doing the first treatment.
This was my first visit to the salon, and the first time I've ever gone for a wax and I would say the bedside manner left a lot to be desired, the treatments felt rushed and the over all result was only just about satisfactory. At one point said staff member said "pain is beauty!" and gave me the feeling that she was generally less than interested in her customer. The wax pots were rather dusty which did not look too appealing. I will be taking my service elsewhere, and sadly will not be recommending this salon to anyone any time soon

The staff were lovely - my fringe was cut by a girl called Emma, who was really lovely and did a great job. She understood exactly how I wanted it done, and was really quick. I'm very pleased with the result. Both the receptionist and Emma were really nice about the fact that I was over 5 minutes late, and still managed to fit me in before the next appointment. And they have a great range of other services available, and gave me a price list to take away. Will definitely be going back for future haircuts/beauty therapies.

I had a wash cut blowdry with Emma and the service was perfect. She is very friendly and helpful with trying to work out what you want done. I'm quite boring so was just in for a trim but am still happy with the results!
