She was so welcoming and understanding. I explained to her that my legs were feeling heavy and tired.
Then she suggested having a massage and also cupping, which will help to realise the muscle tension and improve my circulation and I am so happy I went with that treatment. You can tell she is very knowledgeable and great professional, she made me feel comfortable throughout the whole session, I can't recommend her enough.

First time having a cupping therapy treatment. I was a little nervous but Nana talked me through the whole process, along with the benefits and any possible side affects which helped relax me more. The treatment was amazing. My muscles felt relaxed afterwards. The service I received too was great. Would definitely recommend and I will be incorporating it into my 3/6monthly self care regimen.
