My first time doing cupping I was quite nervous but Helena was very comforting and reassuring of the whole process. She spoke me through it all and would often ask how I’m feeling as the session went on. I would definitely recommend cupping to my friends and family because if it’s health benefits but I would especially recommend it with Helena as I had a very pleasant experience.
