Usually I like this place, however I booked my appointment with Jess and when I arrived they told me that she is not there and I can choose another stylist instead. It would have been nice to know before arriving that she would not be there so I can reschedule for the time she is there. Like this I was basically left no choice which isn't very nice.

Salon was okay and the staff were really nice. Had to wait 15 minutes for my appointment which was a little frustrating. I was impressed with the cut, however, no volumising product was used despite requests.
