The lady that did my treatment was lovely, although I arrived a little early (and had only booked about 10 minutes prior to that!) I was seen straight away and she was able to accommodate an extra treatment as well. Really pleased with the result and wish I’d been sooner. Thank you!

Haircut and blow dry booked for 12:45 on Saturday but didn’t end up leaving till gone 2:15, leaving the rest of the afternoon rather rushed. The staff were very friendly but clearly overly busy. Hair wash ended up taking over half an hour (after at least 15 minutes of waiting), with different staff members doing different parts. staff included a treatment (to give stylists time to finish with other customers) but this was left on for 20 minutes, instead of 10, as staff were busy with other customers. Nice haircut but clearly too many bookings/too few staff working!
