Really disappointed with my most recent booking. I am a regular customer and made the mistake of not checking my booking was with the usual lady (I believe Farah) who is lovely and does a really good job. This other lady was really rude, my appointment was half an hour late as she must have mistaken me for someone-else, she cut skin all around my nails and made them bleed and then continued to show her dissatisfaction with my nail colour choice!
If I return, I will make sure to check who the appointment is booked with.
