Was given a different stylist to the one I booked in with, he didnt fill me with any kind of confidence throughout the haircut and was very bad at communication, at one point he styled my hair in a completely different way to the photo I showed him, the haircut i got dosent really look like the photo I brought and overall it felt very much like a hack job, unfortunately left feeling very unhappy

I turned up to find the therapist I always book with no longer works there, the lady did a reasonable job but it wasnt nice not finding out in advance. They say she just left yday but even so they could have called her clients! Whilst being threaded another staff member came & told her "you have more ppl", it was just rude & unnecessary & the bathroom was pretty grimy. I like it here as its relaxed not pompous but they need to get a better balance of that & customer care & do a bit of cleaning!

I’ve showed my hairdresser the length I wanted to go for, doubled checked twice and she’s cut it waaay to short. I went from inches to very short, I’m really upset and gutted she didn’t listen to what I wanted
