My hair appointment was great. The nail appointment however was delayed by 30 mins and the quality of the manicure was not great. The nail technician was quite rough and there’s areas that feel really lumpy due to excess of exhaustion product. She also filed the nails after the shellac so the finish is not as soft as it should be and it makes it easier for them to last less. My friend was also disappointed with the quality of her manicure.

Upon getting to the venue there was no social distancing, it was extremely busy. I was not greeted by anyone for 10 minutes, with no stylist acknowledging I had entered. The eyebrow threading itself was sloppy. I was very clear that I wanted Tidy and defined brows. What I got was a rushed threading experience and upon getting home I had to pluck my eyebrows myself as there were stray hairs left all over the place. Overall, disappointing
