I was left waiting around a lot, I have shoulder length hair and I was there for 4 hours, often left unattended for long periods. The balayage was performed poorly with bleach being left on the back of my head for over an hour but for only 15 minutes on the right hand side leading to major differences in the colour around my head. The cut and blow dry was performed in 10 minutes, rushed at the end. No shaping around my face as requested and very wonky cut - people have commented on this since!!!

Unfortunately I had a bad experience at this salon. I didn’t have any opportunity to speak with the stylist about my hair preferences, she just began cutting. I had to stop her to show her the length that I wanted. She didn’t talk to me at all during the hair cut and ended up cutting my hair so short. I came out with a shoulder length bob when I asked for mid-chest length, at least 5” shorter than I asked for. She only said “done” at the end and didn’t style it at all. I’m now buying extensions

The salon staff were brilliant and friendly. Elizabeth was very impressive and friendly.She took her time to cut my hair. I even showed her a pic and she cut it exactly what I wanted. The blow dry was good as well. The social distancing was good. Ill definitely go back again.
