I have been really disappointed with my experience with The Red Angel Hair Company.
After calling to say I might be late and the arriving 2 (!) minutes later than my appointment time, I had to wait for 15 minutes and I didn't get the hairdresser I booked via Treatwell. I was very disappointed because I waited for three weeks so I can get a haircut from this specific hairdresser. The change was not communicated to me in any shape or form. Definitely not going to return.
Very busy as expected on arrival when I was shown to my chair it had not been cleaned since the previous customer hair cuttings on the chair and empty coffee cup. Also my hair cut was not the best and I could do a better job styling it myself and I actually Restyled my hair when I got home. Unfortunately not what I expected.
First wax in over a year and a half after a bad experience in London - very reassuring and experienced and put me right at ease. Salon was very busy but I was seen to very quickly. I will definitely be returning!
