The staff was nice but inexperienced. The lady that did my Hollywood was was good but after that someone else came which finished my full body. They left a lot of hair patches and they didn’t know how to handle the wax. They got wax all over themselves and their gloves were full of wax which made everything really sticky. I won’t be coming again.
