The price list is really confusing

I did enjoy the finished result but the price list was really confusing, 2nd time it’s happened to me now where I’ve booked something online and it’s for a treatment that is not as expected. Make your price list clearer please as it just ruined my experience, however the lady was nice. Not really good having to pay extra money for a treatment that is different in other salons!•almost 4 years ago

I had a spa pedicure and deep cleanse facial booked. The pedicure was short, I think just about 45 mins though online it does say 1h 15. This may have been because I asked for no polish? Also the smell when the foot spa was emptied was awful, there may be some drainage issues to look into. The facial was incredible. Khalood is very professional and explained every step of the treatment before doing it, made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. Super knowledgable therapist!
