I regularly go to the salon for the wax and I'm always happy for their job , but this time unfortunately I've found myself disappointed because of the therapist. I took 30 min for a treatment that usually takes literally 10. Not great results considering that I had to finish the job by myself once home. Irritated skin that usually never happens after it. I haven't even been offered oil or privacy to put my clothes on at the end of the wax. She was very nice and kind,but very unprofessional
