I had to wait 25 mins for my treatment but the therapists kept me informed. I had to explain 3 times what I wanted but they did a good job at providing that. Service and cleanliness was good saying that I didn't like that the bed still had the sheet on from previous clients and had to sit in past clients wax for my treatment.
