It was overall a nice experience. Very pleased with end result of new set of acrylic nails. Little bit rough with the nail file, which hurt my cuticles/nails but otherwise a great job.

On the whole, a really positive experience with my leg wax and facial. Super relaxing and the least painful leg wax I’ve ever had. Very friendly beautician and we had a nice chat. Less impressed with my nails. I think the lady doing them rushed somewhat, and didn’t file my nails enough at the start. Looked great on the day, but less than a week has passed and one has chipped and the other has fallen off, one is cracking. She also didn’t do my cuticles at all. I think I’m going to have to remove them myself which is disappointing. I’ll be back, but not for nails.

The cleanliness of the place is very poor. The wooden (normally one time) spatula that is dipped in the hot wax before applied to skin was reused multiple times, not sure I saw the beautician actually change it. Meaning any particles from my skin (or people before me) would go back into the wax... I should have said something but being quite exposed (Brazilian) I did not dare. Also seemed like the towel was not fresh. I would not go back not recommend going there.
