This place has really put me off getting manicures. She was rough with my nails, scratching the surface of each nail, which has left horizontal lines. It has been a month and I’m still waiting for the damage to grow out. Very disappointed.

There was only 3 members of staff and a lot of clients waiting so I felt that my technician was rushing, as she absolutely butchered my cuticles. They were rly sore and bleeding so she said they were ‘sensitive cuticles’, but she was too aggressive with the filing compared to other salons I’ve been to, filing too close to the skin. The anti-bacterial ointment she then applied didn't look hygienic. I’ve never left a salon and still had cut and swollen cuticles days after, on nearly every finger.
