This is the worst experience I have had for nail extensions. The first lady who started the take off was lovely but the women who took over was awful. She was more interested in asking questions it was like being interrogated. The process was arduously long when I booked it said 1 hr 15, I was there nearly 2 hours. When filing my nails she kept catching my skin and tearing it and at one point said I looked frightened, which I was. Not only painful but not worth the money.

Was asked if I wanted to have a hot wax as opposed to a strip wax. But I wan't informed that I would have to pay more for the hot wax!
Better communication needed as I would not have gone for the hot wax had I known I would have to pay extra

Very good experience. I tried bikini wax in sever places and here it was the less painful experience. She advised me about which treatment it was the most appropriate for my sensitive skin. Highly recommended
