This place has gone downhill in my opinion. The staff need to improve their customer service skills for a start. They are very rude and portray a "can't be bothered attitude". They always speak in their own language between one and another which is extremely unprofessional! They sometimes do an "satisfactory" job with waxing/threading, however their behaviour would put off a lot of people who visit for the first time. I think if you are paying for a service, then they should attempt to go the extra mile for all of their customers rather than just do a half satisfactory job. I have had many bad experiences here and if cambridge had more beauty salons, this one probably wouldn't be my first choice. The management really need to focus on customer service and efficiency.
I had my nails done in this branch
poor hygiene people complaining throughout treatment about nails being over filed it took 3 hours to do a full set of acrylics the end result was a mess and i had to pay else where to get it rectified.
when i complained the so called manager has no idea what a complaints policy was and tried to talk to me about my complaint infront of the whole shop
over all very unprofessional shop also eyebrow wax terrible doubting whether staff are even qualified to complete task
no result to complaining just told they don't do refunds
